The Use of Promotional Codes

New Zealand Natures Best Ltd will only honour promotional codes created by us.
Only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
Promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

Payment

Prices listed on our site are listed in NZD unless otherwise specified; this includes both products and shipping.

All purchases made on this site are completed using PayPal secure checkout services.

Returns Policy

You may return any unopened item* that is still in its original packaging to New Zealand Natures Best Ltd within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or, under special circumstances, a full refund.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from New Zealand Natures Best Ltd via this website.

Any product purchased via a third party must be dealt with by the supplying.

Please note:

Please ensure goods for exchange arrive in “as new” condition, items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.

Consumers Guarantee/Refund
We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Contract

NZ Natures Best Ltd holds a shipping agreement with NZ Post. We expect parcels within New Zealand to be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time they are picked up from our Auckland Warehouse. Parcels travelling internationally may take from 10 – 21 days. Parcels being delivered to rural and remote international locations may face delays that are outside of the control of NZ Post due to the following factors.

Third party Contractors may need to be employed in order to successfully deliver a parcel.
Customs hold ups.
Holiday season such as Christmas causing delays.

Refund of Shipping Costs

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee

Customs

Whilst New Zealand Natures Best Ltd will not knowingly export products to a country where those products are restricted, it is ultimately your responsibility to check your country’s legislation for any items prohibited or regulated by law with regards to importing them into that country.

New Zealand Natures Best Ltd will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees, any such fees are your responsibility.

If for any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then we will be happy to refund the cost of the item to you. This will be done only upon receipt of the returned item and will not include any refund on freight costs. In such a case our sales team will contact you to advise that your parcel has been returned.
